H Arthur First Dealy Letter
19, rue Voltaire au 2eme
I shall be pleased if you can give the news of Hugh Arthur one of your old boys who enlisted in the Canadian Forces during the Great War. He was born in Hong Kong, when his father was in the Civil Service there, was educated at Dulwich & came back to Hong Kong, when he entered the employ of Jardine, Matheson & Co. Then he [went up?] the Coast, & finally crossed the Pacific to Canada, [?????], when war broke out, he came to Europe with Canadian Corps. After that I lost sight of him.
