CW Terry Letter

Dear Sir
My dear son C.W. Terry was at Dulwich College in 1892 – he served in the Inns of Court where the contracted Influenza and pneumonia from which he died Nov. 5th, a week before the armistice. [2] Before joining the army he was manager of the [????] Mines S. Rhodesia. During the war he served in British East Africa he came to England to get his commission, one of the best of sons. My dear husband H.W. Terry has been dead many years. My second [3] son Frank G. Terry who was in command of H.M.S. Fortune lost his life at the Jutland Battle, he was also at Dulwich but at the Preparatory School, under Mr. Mallison.
